Billing
We offer
to bill your insurance company as a service to you. Before your first massage
appointment, you will need to obtain a prescription for massage from your primary
care physician and have your eligibility verified.
Referral
Policy
If you appreciate my work, please recommend me to your friends
and relatives. If you refer someone to me who comes in for three or more sessions,
I'll give you a free one-hour massage or a gift certificate to pass on to a friend.
Cancellation Policy
Please give at
least 24-hours notice for appointment cancellations.
Please cancel if
you have a virus or anything else contagious.
We reserve the right to
charge for sessions cancelled with insufficient notice, except in the case of
illness or emergency.
